Paula has travelled to live and paint in Italy, Holland, France,Spain and the coastal areas around the UK.

Her work has sold the world over, reproduced in numerous forms, yet it continues to evolve capturing the momentary splendor of a certain light:  " When I paint the landscape or people in front of me, the spirit of the subject seems to flow through me onto the canvas, it embeds itself there through some process which seems to have very little to do with me. I am just the mechanical means that make it possible."

Four years ago Paula bought a converted Boathouse on the Norfolk Broads, where she spends part of the year working in her studios or from her sail boat. She divides her time between her Competa house in Spain, which she acquired over 25 years ago and her Studios in Suffolk, UK.

ART COURSES
Paula hosts a limited amount of art holiday courses and classes at the Boathouse Studios in Suffolk in the UK.

In 2011 there is an opportunity to join a group based in the delightful village of Competa, to paint the inspirational Andalucian landscapes under her expert guidance. Paula will be joined by the tutor/water-colourist Adrian Wincup.
