If there is something important that runs through my whole life it is an
interest in human social problems and art. For me art encompasses many
disciplines including painting, handicrafts and design. There have been
phases in my life where one or other profession has dominated, but usually
I have combined both interests: e.g. art groups with prisoners during my
work as a social worker in a prison or art and therapy with problematic
teenagers in a project in Andalusia and Tenerife.
My work as a theatre scenery painter meant working very close to a special
theme. That gave me great pleasure. |

Si hay algo importante que siempre me acompaña a lo largo de mi vida es
el interés en los problemas sociales y las artes. Para mí el arte reúne
muchas disciplinas incluyendo la pintura, las artesanías y el diseño. Ha
habido fases en mi vida donde una u otra profesión ha dominado, pero he
combinado generalmente ambos intereses: e.g. grupos del arte con los
presos durante mi trabajo como asistente social en una prisión o arte y
terapia con los adolescentes problemáticos en un proyecto en Andalucía y
Tenerife.
Mi trabajo como coreógrafa significó un trabajo muy cercano a un tema
especial. Eso me dio gran placer. |
